How long will it take to receive my order placed online?
Most items will be shipped within 48 hours - some smaller items may ship same day if order is placed before 12.00pm
Small goods such as cables, effects pedals, sticks etc will usually be shipped within 24 hours of you placing your order. Larger items may take a little longer but normally will leave the store within 48 hours.
Guitars are usually set up professionally by our in-house guitar tech before despatch - if you have any special requirements such as string gauge, let us know and we'll try and accommodate, so your instrument is received in top playing condition
