The Spider III 120 delivers detailed amp models based on some of the greatest guitar sounds ever created, ranging from the insane model with its massive gain to the clean model for the sensitive side.

Amp Models:
- Clean - crisp, amazing clean tones, great warm jazz tones
- Glassy - emulate those late 60's and early 70's clean tones
- Twang - based on mid-60's Fender amps including the blackface 65 twin reverb and blackface 64 deluxe reverb
- Twin Twang - based on a number of vintage tweed amps including a 53 Fender tweed deluxe reverb, 58 Fender tweed bassman and a 60 Gibson explorer
- Blues - for gritty swamp infected cleans to syrupy smooth, walloping drive overtones
- Class A - based on the Vox AC30 to give a Beatles and Stones sound
- Crunch - based on the 68 Marshall Plexi 50watt
- On Fire - based on the 68 Marshall Plexi 100watt
- Metal - based on the Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier to get a tight and punchy metal sound
- Spinal Puppet - an aggresive high gain amp model
- Insane - dialed in for shredding
- 80's Solo - obscene helping of distortion while retaining total definition and character
