The most affordable Valve Marshall range ever. New for 2009, the MA Series, All Tube amps are designed to deliver awesome Marshall tone at a price that gigging musicians can afford. This has been achieved by keeping things simple, and we all know that all the best inventions are just that - simple!
The MA series is built to be just as road hardy as any modern Marshall amp, as you would expect from an amp brand you see on almost every major touring stage. Whilst it retains the classic look of Marshall's gone by, the classic Pipe logo is actually mounted on transparent perspex. This means you can see the tube glow (which is accentuated by two LEDs, simply for a unique and cool aesthetic effect!) through the fret cloth!
Featurewise, although MA Amps are streamlined, Marshall could never be accused of being stuck in the past. One of the coolest things about this amp (we think anyway!) is the Crunch Balance control. This allows you to set the difference in volume between your rhythm and solo tones so when the time comes for your centre-stage moment, you will know that the transition to your lead sound will be perfect!
The 100W versions are the flagship models of the range. Choose between a 2x12 combo, or this Head version that can be paired up with one or two Marshall 4x12 cabs to make a stack and give you one of the iconic images of Rock Music that you will have been familiar with since the dawn of... well... Rock!
